Refund Policy

Overview

At Wraptron (Wraptron Apptech LLP), we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery of Services: If the agreed-upon service has not been initiated or delivered within the specified timeframe.
Defects or Technical Issues: If there are verified defects or technical issues in the deliverables that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Cancellation: If the client cancels the service within the allowed timeframe and before significant work has commenced.

Refund Request Period

Customers have 15 days from the date of service delivery to request a refund. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the client decides to discontinue the service for personal reasons after work has commenced.
Once deliverables are reviewed and approved by the client.
For custom or bespoke work tailored specifically to the client’s requirements.

Refund Process

Submit a Request: Email us at support@wraptron.com or call us at 9094779005 with your refund request. Include your order details, proof of payment, and a detailed explanation of your concerns. Review and Evaluation: We will review your request within 5 business days and determine its eligibility. Resolution: Upon approval, we will process your refund through the original payment method. Refunds will get credited with in 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
